  • The product has a manufacturer-related issue

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or partially consumed vape products, unless the issue relates to damage or defects.


Return Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.

To help us process your claim quickly, please provide:

  2. Clear photos or video of:

    • Packaging

    • Any visible damage or issue

Non-Returnable Items

For regulatory and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used vape disposables

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Orders with incorrect addresses or refused delivery
    (Unless due to carrier damage)


Wrong Address or Undeliverable Packages

If an order was returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • We can reship your order once the correct address is provided

  • A reshipping fee may apply
